Canvas

A traditional canvas mounting to provide the highest quality available for those special, high-end prints. Canvas mountings can additionally be put on Masonite (Standard 1/8” hardboard masonite. This traditional mounting surface provides a heavy duty, rigid, hard and long lasting substrate.) or placed on to a stretcher frame. Canvas can also be ordered loose without mounting.

Gallery Wraps

We also offer Gallery Wrap Mounting for Canvas. You can order your Gallery Wrap in Fine Art Inkjet Canvas, or using traditional photographic paper, including the stunning Metallic Paper! Your image is printed larger than the final size, and the print is then wrapped around a thick wooden stretcher bar. Staples are on the back of the bar. Framing paper covers up the back of the bars, and metal hangers are applied to the corners. The Gallery Wrap is ready to hang with no additional work needed.

Gallery Wraps are available in two different depths: 1 1/2" and 2 1/2". Pricing shown is for the final completed frame size, which includes the canvas print.

All Gallery Wraps are protected with a special laminate designed for canvas prints. Your Gallery Wrap will be protected from scuffs and scratches, and the laminate offers UV protection. Lamination is included in the price of a Gallery Wrap and is available with either a Matte or Glossy finish.

Due to the stretching process, we cannot guarantee wraps where the desired wrapped edge is blank or contains a solid color, rather than an image.

Covers

All press book covers are made with masonite to give the books a smooth, substantial feel. Seven cover material options are available including black, chocolate brown and tan fabric; black, dark brown and dark red leather; and a custom printed photo cover.

Photo covers are made with a photographic print that is laminated and adhered to the masonite cover. The photo cover allows for complete customization on the front, spine, and back of the book. Additionally, enhance the cover of your book with a photographic dust jacket or cover foil stamping. A dust jacket is a photographic print laminated and creased to wrap around the cover of the book. It protects the cover and provides another option to personalize your book by using images, text and graphics. Cover foil stamping allows you to place three lines of text on the front cover in one of three places: the center of the book, the lower right corner, or the bottom center. Foil stamping is only available on leather covers.

Papers

Printed Books are printed with HP Indigo printing technology with liquid inks. Book pages are printed on either 100# text weight semi-gloss paper or 110# semi-gloss or pearl hinged papers. The hinged paper allows open pages to lay flat as well as provides a thicker, more upscale paper option. Hinged paper can also be UV coated for added protection and a glossy look and feel. Book pages are stitched together to create the book block that is adhered to the cover using black cardstock end sheets. Books are priced as a base book with a cover and 20 printed sides. Additional sides are available for up to a maximum of 90 sides on 100# text paper and 50 sides on the lay flat hinged paper.
